Introducing a new type of event when making decisions, more questions, improvements b.t.s. and more!

The new "propaganda" event will increase your people's mood, but it has a fairly long cooldown.

There will most likely also be a way to import custom content in the future, altough the system for that isn't finished & working properly yet, I wanted to release this update now.

As you see, this version is called 1.5alpha, so its basically the 1.5 update but without the better file system and content loader which I am still working on.
